Description	:	She was the daughter of Johann George Urbatsch and Anna Rosina (Hohne) Urbatsch. Julia Urbatsch married John J. Glassel on 11 Oct 1864 in WI. The couple had 3 children born in WI., Emma, Edward Michael and Gottfried. Then they moved to Mitchell County, Iowa where 2 more children were born, Alma and Charles. In 1873, only a few years after moving to Iowa, tragedy struck this pioneer family. Julia was driving a team of half-broken broncos hitched to a wagon, when the team got out of control and ran away.
