Description	:	Mrs. Julia W. Byrd, wife of John H. Byrd, passed away at her home in the Jacksonville section last Saturday morning, age 50 years. Death was caused by tuberculosis and a complication of diseases which had made of her an invalid for the past twenty years. Mrs. Byrd was a devout Christian woman, a member of Immanuel M. E. Church, and bore her suffering with great fortitude. Her death although not expected, came as a distinct shock to the members of her family and a wide circle of friends. The deceased is survived by her husband, John H. Byrd; one son, Merrill O. Byrd; two brothers John W. and Benjamin Dize; and two sisters, Mrs. Sallie Ward and Miss Mary Dize.
