Description	:	Justena Dreger Koepp, resident of Marshall county since 1875, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Schwartz (sic), 700 North 12th street, at 3 o'clock Monday afternoon at the age of 87 years, 6 months and 11 days. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon, September 10, at the home of Mrs. Schwartz, with Mrs. E. S. Thompson of the Christian Science church, officiating as reader. Burial will be made in the Marysville cemetery. Justena Dreger was born February 24, 1844, at Stozenwer Havland, Province Bromberg, Germany. In 1865 she was united in marriage with Christopher Koepp. She came with him to the United States in 1870, settling in Illinois. In 1875 they came to Kansas and located on a farm in Center township. Here they made their home for forty years. For the past twelve years Mrs. Koepp had resided with her children in Home City and Marysville. She was for many years a member of the Lutheran church at Home City but of recent years had taken up the study of Christian Science, deriving much benefit therefrom. Surviving Mrs. Koepp are four sons and four daughters, Mrs. Amelia Schwartz, Mrs. Mary Schwartz, Charles W. Koepp, Mrs. William Henry Arnast, Fred W. Koepp, E. C. Koepp and L. C. Koepp all of Marysville and Home City. There are also twenty-two grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren
