Karen was born May 15, 1942, in Garrison, daughter of Milvoy and Emma (Jesina) Kaufman. She married James A. Young on Oct. 7, 1961, at the Assembly of God Church in Vinton. He preceded her in death on Jan. 2, 1999. She married Donald R. Wohlers on Oct. 25, 2003, at the Journey Assembly of God Church in Dubuque. Karen is survived by her husband, Donald Wohlers; children of both marriages, Christine and Luke Wohlers, of Dyersville, Margie (Kevin) Wheeler, of Mosinee, Wis., Randy J. (Kathy) Young, of Greeley, and Cindy (Mike "Smiley") Kramer, of Dyersville; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, James A.
