Locklier, who died at her home on Pecan avenue yesterday afternoon, will be conducted at 5 o'clock this afternoon from the Sandy Level Baptist church, Blythewood, with the Rev. J. H. Webb, D. D., of Columbia in charge. Mrs. Locklier had been in declining health for the last five years, but was critically ill for only a few days. She lived with her daughter, Mrs. William Hardin, after coming here from Blythewood, where she spent most of her life. She was a native of Fairfield county, the daughter of Moses Aldrich and Mary Brown Aldrich. She was a life-long member of the Sandy Level Baptist church. Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Kate Hardin, Mrs. Minnie Cooper of College Place and Charles A. Locklier of New Brookland. She also leaves five stepchildren: Mrs. Aldrich and Mrs. Charlotte Outlaw of Columbia, Mrs. Maggie Dukes of Alabama, W. B. Locklier of Alabama, and S. L. Locklier of Texas. The following have been asked to serve as pallbearers: J. D. Rabon, Johnnie Aldrich, B. H. Kaigler, Jonathan Kaigler, Evans Bird, and V. B. Garham.
