Pallbearers were the four sons, William, Matthew, Phillip, and Francis. Mrs. Lipp was born in Odessa, Russia, on July 11, 1888, and came to this country in 1913. She took up residence in Hague, North Dakota, and was married on November 19 of that year to Andrew Lipp, at Strasburg, North Dakota. After living in Strasburg until 1914, they moved to Hingham, where they had lived ever since. Mrs. Lipp's hobby and life work was her family and working in her home and garden. Surviving are her husband, Andrew Lipp; six children, four sons, William, Matthew, Phillip, and Francis; two daughters, Mrs. Neil Balow, of Seattle, Washington, and Mrs. Francis O'Donnell of Corona, New York; and two brothers, John Fisher of Hingham and Nick Fisher of Hague, North Dakota. Also surviving are eight grandchildren. She was a member of the Catholic Church, and belonged to the Catholic Ladies Club and the Altar Society of Hingham. The deceased was a devoted wife and mother, an appreciative and grateful friend and a faithful adherent to her church. Her active world was in her home where she found her greatest joy in the comfort and guidance of her devoted family. The deepest sympathies are extended to the bereaved husband and children by a wide circle of friends.
