Description	:	Sutton Register, December 9, 1932 Katherina Margaret Hahn, was born on February 11, 1853 at Norka, South Russia. At this place, she received her religious instruction and was confirmed. On January 25, 1872 she was united in holy wedlock to Mr. Wilhelm Popp. This union was blessed with fourteen children, ten sons and four daughters. One son and one daughter preceded the parents in death. In July, 1877, the family decided to migrate to America. Read More	Sutton Register, December 9, 1932 Katherina Margaret Hahn, was born on February 11, 1853 at Norka, South Russia. At this place, she received her religious instruction and was confirmed. On January 25, 1872 she was united in holy wedlock to Mr. Wilhelm Popp. This union was blessed with fourteen children, ten sons and four daughters. One son and one daughter preceded the parents in death. In July, 1877, the family decided to migrate to America. They settled in the vicinity of Sutton and devoted themselves successfully to husbandry. In 1909, Mr. And Mrs. Popp retired from the farm and made their permant home in Sutton. After attaining the age of 79 years, 9 months and 17 days, Mrs. Popp, after a brief illness, went to join her husband, scarcely four moths after his death, on the 5th of last August. She leaves to mourn her departure, 12 children, 53 grand children and 37 great grand children. The children of the deceased are: George, died January 2, 1897. Elizabeth, Mrs. Henry J.
