Description	:	The funeral was held Monday, May 6th at 1 p.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church, rural Kenmare, for Katherine Ramsdell, age 82, who died Thursday, May 2 in a Minot nursing home. Rev. David Bernhardt officiated and music was provided by Mrs. Georgia Smith, Mrs. Billie Jenner and Miss Betty Hanson. Casketbearers were, Lloyd Nelson, Gordon Larson, Wayne Potter, Norlin Nelson, Ralph Melin and Henry Milkey. She came to Minot at a young age with her parents who then moved to Carpio where she was reared. She worked in the Seattle area for eight years as a young woman. She returned to North Dakota and married Bennie Ramsdell January 7, 1932, in Mohall. They farmed in the Norma area. They were divorced in 1971 and she moved to Minot in 1972. Survivors include daughter, Mrs. John (Phyllis) Landsiedel, Minot; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; brothers, Henry Hansen, Lakeside, Mont., Earl Hanson, Tacoma, Wash.; sisters, Mrs. Pearl Lillard, Roseburg, Ore., MN.
