Description	:	Kathinka Anna Larson, daughter of Lars and Anna Anderson Larson was born in Hurdalen, Norway, on June 2 1887, and passed away at Palmer Memorial Hospital West Union, on Sunday, November 30 at the age of 81 years. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith in Norway. She was united in marriage to Hans J. Larson on June 7, 1896 in Norway. To this union were born three children, Leif, Carsten and Esther,(Mrs. Aulden Cornish) who with their parents came to America in the year 1903. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith in Norway. She was united in marriage to Hans J. Larson on June 7, 1896 in Norway. To this union were born three children, Leif, Carsten and Esther,(Mrs. Aulden Cornish) who with their parents came to America in the year 1903. They settled in the Clermont vicinity, where three more children were born, namely: George, Ruth (Mrs. Ewald Lyngaas) and Howard. The family farmed in the Cermont and West Union vicinity, nine years in Canada, and in the fall of 1945, Mr & Mrs. Larson moved to Clermont. On June 9 the following year they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. Mr. Larson passed away in February 1952. Mrs. Larson continued to maintain her home in Clermont where she was still residing until taken to the Memorial hospital on Thursday.She was a member of the West Clermont Lutheran Church and member of the Priscilla Working Bank and Mission Society from which she received her life membership in in 1952.Mrs.Larson is survived by her 6 children, Leif of Hutchinson, Minn., Carsten of Norwalk, Wisc., Esther (Mrs. Alden Cornish) of Postville; George of Glermont; Ruth (Mrs. Ewald Lyngaas) of Postville' and Howard of LaCrosse, Wisc.; 12 grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; also three sisters, Mrs. Martha Mechelson of Decorah, Mrs. Amanda Knutson of Oslo, Norway and Mrs. Emma Jacobson of Charles City, Iowa. Pall bearers were Vernon Anderson, Joseph Leehy, Ivan Anderson, Vernon Meyer, Merle Alderson and Floyd Bergeson.
