Description	:	Kathleen Rose Thompson, 72, the daughter of Charles and Edith (Smith) Dawson was born Sept. 20, 1926, at Boxted, Essex, En- gland. She died Monday at the Bryan LGH, Lincoln, Neb. She married Glen Thompson Oct. 24, 1945, at Boxted, En- gland. This union was blessed with the birth of six children, three sons and three daughters. Kathleen came to America in March 1947, on a ship with many other war brides. Glen and Kath- leen made their home in Supe- rior, for several years before moving to Geneva, Ashland and Milford. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, Craig, and a sisier, Maude Knights Survivors include her hus- band, Glen, Superior; sons, John Thompson, Reno, Nev.; and Charles Thompson, Las Vegas, Nev.; daughters, Mrs. John Keber (Maureen), Spalding; Glenda Thompson, Hastings, and Mrs. R.P. Foshee(Peggy), Summerville, S.C.; sisters, Joan Sutton and Freda Doyle, both of England; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Services will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. at the Wil- liams Funeral Home Chapel, Su- perior. The Rev. Harold Backus will officiate. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Superior, Superior Express December 10, 1998.
