He was born, June 13, 1929, in Spencer County to John George and Ida (Griesbaum) Scheessele. The ninth child after eight girls, he graduated from Luce Township High School, Richland, Indiana in 1947. He was born, June 13, 1929, in Spencer County to John George and Ida (Griesbaum) Scheessele. The ninth child after eight girls, he graduated from Luce Township High School, Richland, Indiana in 1947. After graduation, he farmed for 5 years, then went to work for Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealers, first Spencer County Motors, Baskett Lincoln-Mercury, Higgins Lincoln –Mercury, then Lindsay Lincoln-Mercury for 32 years, and finally Town and County Ford where he retired in 2006. During his time at Lindsay LM, he also served four years on Ford Motor Co.'s National Parts Mgr Advisory Council. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and St. John's Men's Club. He was a recipient of the Brute' Society Award in 1999. He met and married Joan (Greenwell) on September 25, 1954. She preceded him in death on March 28, 2015. He was also preceded in death by one son Vincent; eight sisters, Beatrice Scheessele, Esther Browning, Cleta Scheessele, Dorothy Lindauer, Sister Jovita Scheessele, Sister Mary Kenneth Scheessele, Eleanora Lathery, and Sister Mary Clare Scheessele. He is survived by two sons, two daughters, ; three grandsons, three granddaughters, two step-granddaughters, two great-grandsons, and five step-great-grandchildren. Kenny and his family would like to thank the Newburgh Senior Citizens Center for the years of lunch, fellowship, and clabber games and Deaconess VNA for their caring hospice service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, November 12, 2016, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Rd., Newburgh, Ind. Burial will follow in St. Rupert's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Friday, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, Ind., and 9 a.m. to Mass time Saturday at the church
