Kenny was born on October 29, 1944, in Mingo Junction, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his Parents: Howard and Nellie Wine; Brothers: Howard, Paul, and Marvin. Kenny retired from the Department of Highways with 32-years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cookouts, camping, swimming, and boating. Kenny cherished the time he spent with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, whom he was married to for 54 years; Brothers: Ronnie (Lefty), Harold, Donnie (Poncho), and Willie; Sister: Teresa Cutlip, Sheila Dobbins, Barbara Singleton, Brenda Stalnaker, Linda Farley, and Zelma Nicholson; Son: Phillip Wine; Daughters: Peggy Vankirk, Nina Dennison, and Judy Shackelford. All of his children reside in West Virginia. Kenny had 10-Grandchildren; 5-Great Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews. The family received friends for visitation on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, from 11:00-1:00 PM. Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Tim Ramsey officiating. Interment followed at the K of P Cemetery, Burnsville, WV.
