Kenneth married Lois Chubick June 14, 1942, in Maryville, MO. They would have celebrated their sixtieth anniversary this June. Read More	Kenneth Leo Lynam of Nodaway, IA was born February 16, 1923, near Brooks, IA the son of William Lynam and Marian Martin Lynam and died Saturday, May 11, 2002 at the Good Samaritan Center in Villisca, IA where he had been a resident since November 2001. Kenneth married Lois Chubick June 14, 1942, in Maryville, MO. They would have celebrated their sixtieth anniversary this June. Kenneth and Lois had farmed in Southwest Iowa until moving to Nodaway in 1990. His hobbies were coon hunting, helping with the Little Britches Rodeo's in the Midwest, including the Nodaway Rodeo, and he also enjoyed helping around the Nodaway Methodist Church and gardening. Survivors include his wife Lois of Nodaway, IA, daughters: Marilyn Roberts of Bakersfield, CA, Patricia Wyrick of Springfield, MO, Karen hardy of Des Monies, IA, Carolyn Faust and husband Wayne of Plattsmouth, NE and Marianna Harris and husband William of Henderson, NE, 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Two sisters Wilma Bashaw and husband Herb of Villisca, IA and Joyce Gourley and husband Dean of Villisca, IA. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Cloyd and James, sisters Muril Lynam and Velma Hackett and sons-in-law Robert Wyrick Sr. and Fred Roberts. Funeral services were held 10:30 Tuesday, May 14th at the United Methodist Church in Nodaway. Visitation with be held Monday evening from 7 to 8 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Villisca. Burial was in the Nodaway Cemetery. A memorial is being established.
