He attended school at Rockdale Township in Hand County, Lebanon, Oregon, Piedmont, and Miller High School. On November 23, 1945 Kenneth married Ruth Palmer. To this union, two sons were born, Richard and Robert. He served on the township board over the years and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Miller. He farmed in Hand County. Survivors include his two sons, Richard Labor and Robert Labor, both of Miller; two grandchildren: Connie Labor (Eric Williams) of St. Lawrence and Brad Labor of Woonsocket; one great grandson, Joshua Williams of St. Lawrence; and one great granddaughter, Macy Labor of Highmore.
