Description	:	Kenton Lee McDonnell, 52, formerly of Sterling, died Saturday, March 5, 1994, in Omaha, Neb. Visitation will be until noon Wednesday at Chaney Walters Funeral Home. The closed-casket funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Chancy Walters. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The Rev. Frank Gunter will conduct the services. Mr. McDonnell was born Sept. 7, 1941, in Sterling, the son of Larry and Helen Waltz McDonnell. He grew up in Iliff, graduating from Iliff High School in 1959, and then attended Northeastern Junior College. He worked route sales for Frito-Lay in Sterling and Denver, and also worked for Sterling LumberCo. He moved to McCook, Nebr., and worked for an investment company, and then to Estes Park. He later moved to Fort Collins, where he worked for the Diamond Lumber Co., and worked route sales for Frito-Lay. He was transferred with Frito-Lay to Omaha, Neb., in February 1992. Mr. McDonnell married Donna Riecke Dec. 26, 1987, in Fort Collins. He was a member of the Protestant faith, a member of the Lions Club and of the Larimer County Sheriff's Volunteer Unit. He is survived by his wife, Donna, of Omaha; his mother, Helen, of Sterling; daughters Angale Camps of Littleton, Amy Arguello of Lakewood, Shelly McDonnell of Loveland, Patricia Adams of Edgewood, N.M., and Pam Hughes of Fort Collins; sons Shawn McDonnell of Austin, Texas and Michael Harrison of Cheyenne, Wyo.; sisters Connie Charles and husband Ronald of Sterling and Jø Huey of Denver; brother Jerry and wife Jo of FortCollins; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and three grandchildren. Contributions in Mr. McDonnell's memory can be made to the Kenton McDonnell Memorial Fund.
