Shelbina, Mo., Oct. 26.—Mrs. Kezziah Edmondson died at her home in Shelbina Saturday night. She had been confined to her bed for some time as the result of a fall. Mrs. Kezziah (Farlow ) Edmondson was born in North Carolina, September 10, 1832. At the age of 3 years she, with her parents, moved to Illinois. In 1855, she married Edmond Edmondson. To this union were born six children, three boys and three girls. All grew to manhood and womanhood. Elizabeth, who died in Quincy in March, 1921, George W., of Olivet, Kansas, Charles of Lentner, and Mrs. Eliza Minick, also of Lentner, Miss Ella of Shelbina, John L., of Eldren, Okla. In 1881 they moved to Shelby county, locating in the Bacon Chapel neighborhood, where she remained until her husband's death, 13 years ago, when she came to Shelbina, which had been her home since. She was converted at an early age and joined the Baptist church in Illinois. Upon moving to Shelby county she placed her membership with the Baptist church at Walkerville, but on coming to Shelbina brought her church letter with her. Funeral services were held at the Bacon Chapel Monday afternoon at 2:30, conducted by Rev Kennedy of the Shelbina Baptist church, assisted by Rev. Laninus pastor of the Shelbina M.
