Description	:	Landon Randall Quiram, age 38, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at UMC Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Landon was born on October 19, 1980 to proud parents Randy and Sherry Quiram. He lived in Porterville most of his life and attended elementary school in the Porterville and Burton School Districts before graduating frorn Monache High School in 1998. He traveled with the Monache Maurader Band to New York City,... Read More	Landon Randall Quiram, age 38, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at UMC Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Landon was born on October 19, 1980 to proud parents Randy and Sherry Quiram. He lived in Porterville most of his life and attended elementary school in the Porterville and Burton School Districts before graduating frorn Monache High School in 1998. He loved playing baseball and soccer. He was very artistic, and enjoyed drawing and painting throughout his life. His passion for music began at an early age. He traveled with the Monache Maurader Band to New York City, to perform in the "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" playing saxophone. In high school Landon also began playing guitar. He wrote many songs and played in several bands with his brother and friends. Landon worked at Eagle Mountain Casino for 11 years. He started as a coin vault cashier and finished his time with Eagle Mountain as a shift supervisor. He was awarded Employee of the Month in August of 2012. He also spent some time working at TMobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Landon's life was filled with a loving family and friends who shared fun adventures and cherished moments. He was known for his kindness, loyalty, and the ability to make everyone around him feel accepted and special. He loved spending time with his brother and friends, listening to records, going to concerts, Giants games, the beach, camping/ backpacking in the Sierra Nevada mountains, and growing succulents. Landon was proceeded in death by his parents Randy and Sherry Quiram, his grandparents Bill and Lela Quiram and Barbara Aanestad. He is survived by his brother Taylor (Kara) Quiram, grandfather Jerry Aanestad, along with several aunts, uncles and many cousins. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday January 26, 2019 at the Porterville Veterans Memorial Hall 1900 W. Olive Ave Porterville Ca 93257 at 2:00 P.M.
