She grew to womanhood at Beaver Crossing. She was married to John Wilburn Klinefelter in 1901. They spent their married life in Steele, North Dakota. He passed away in 1924. In 1937 she was married to John Crowder. They lived in Minneapolis, Minn. He passed away in 1939. She continued to live in Minn. She was a member of the Eastern Star for many years. Mrs. Crowder leaves two sisters, Mrs. Eva MacDonald of Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Daisy Kuhler of Beaver Crossing, Nebr. Relatives from out of town attending services were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Benub, Tamora, Nebr.; Mrs. Carl Hans, Garland, Nebr.; and Mrs. Dorothy Lilly, York, Nebr. Funeral services were held at the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Beaver Crossing on April 2G at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. D. V. Herrick officiating. Mrs. Marie Barth and Mrs. Gladys Ritzlaff sang, accompanied by Mrs. Gladys Ganshorn. The following served as pallbearers Clair Fisher, George Schilling, Velmar Horner, Roy White, Monroe Furtwangler, and Ervin Barth.
