Description	:	Laura M. Wentzell Laura Maude Wentzell, 92, of Mahone Nursing Home, formerly of Lower Branch, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 1990. Born in Maplewood, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Louisa (Frank) Wentzell. She is survived by three sons, Roland, Lorraine, and Merle, all of Lower Branch; three sisters, Vida Webb, Halifax; Dorothy Rafuse, New Germany; Myrtle (Mrs. Syd Moore), Nanaimo, British Columbia; two grandchildren, Robin, Sundre, Alberta; Christine, Lower Branch; two great grandchildren, Stacey and Scott, both of Sundre, Alberta; and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral service was held Thursday, December 6, 1990, 2:00 p.m. in the New Canada United Baptist Church, where she was a member for a good many years, Lic. Archie Leach officiating. Hymns sung were "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Amazing Grace." Burial was in Brookside Cemetery. With thanks to Rosemary Rafuse.
