Description	:	Boone County Democrat Mrs. Lovina Phipps, aged sixty five years and for many years an esteemed resident of Fraser, passed away at her home there at 11:30 o'clock, Wednesday night, Feb. 28th, after a brief illness of only four days. She was found the previous Saturday by her son lying unconscious on the floor of her home. At first she was thought dead but was later revived and lingered until Wednesday night. Read More	Boone County Democrat Mrs. Lovina Phipps, aged sixty five years and for many years an esteemed resident of Fraser, passed away at her home there at 11:30 o'clock, Wednesday night, Feb. 28th, after a brief illness of only four days. She was found the previous Saturday by her son lying unconscious on the floor of her home. At first she was thought dead but was later revived and lingered until Wednesday night. Death was caused by neuralgia of the heart and general break down aggravated by the death of her husband last October. All members of her family were at her bedside when death came. The funeral services were held at 2:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Fraser Methodist church conducted by the Rev.
