Description	:	Lawrence Hilton, fourth son of Albert B. and Lillian Garver was born at Bristol, Indiana, June 7, 1883, and departed this life at Broadwater, Nebraska, December 30, 1932, at the age of 49 years, 6 months and 23 days. He moved with his parents to Missouri in 1883 and from there to Kansas in 1885. As a young man he worked as a machanic (sic) in Kansas City, Missouri, where he enlisted in the army and served his country during the World War, serving as a machinic (sic) in the Aviation department. Clare, Nebraska, three brothers, J.F. of Lamoni, Iowa, N.B. of Miller, Missouri, and E.E. of Audobon, Iowa; three sisters, Mrs. Henry Jacobitz of Mt. Clare, Nebraska, Mrs. F.N. Hodges of Clay Center, Nebraska, and Mrs. Jesse Yokey of Broadwater, Nebraska. The body having been brought from Broadwater, Nebraska, to Nelson, the funeral services was held from the Klawitter Undertaking parlours, Sabbath P.M. January 8, at 2:30 o'clock, conducted by Rev. A.J. McFarland, assisted by a quartett (sic) from the Beulah Reformed Presbyterian church (sic), and interment was made in the cemetery at Nelson.
