Description	:	Roy McCaw, 67, of Ottumwa route 1, died suddenly Tuesday at 12:45 p.m. at the house of his sister, Mrs. W. R. Walker, on Blackhawk rd. The son of William John and Mary Francis McCaw, he was born October 13, 1881, in Jefferson county, but has lived in Wapello county most of his life. He was a member of the Agency Methodist church. Surviving are his wife, Mary; two sons, Everett McCaw of Edelstein, Ill., and Lawrence McCaw of Chillicothe, Ill.; one daughter, Mrs. Beulah Carter of Princeville, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. W. R. Walker of Ottumwa; a half sister, Mrs. Jennie Eden of Burlington; and 10 grandchildren. Mr. McCaw was preceded in death by his first wife, Mildred; three sons, one sister and his parents. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Johnson funeral chapel in charge of the Rev. Levi P. Goodwin of the Wesley Methodist church. Burial will be in the Agency cemetery with William Rowell, Fred Rowell, Hiram Box, William McNerney, Bernard Herman and Herman Yochum serving as pallbearers.
