Description	:	OBITUARY—L. L. ENGLE Leander L. Engle was born in Pennsylvania July 31, 1884; was united In marriage on October 8, 1870, to Susan Kraybill. To this union were born six children, Irwin, Norman and Edwin of Navarre; Annie of Peabody; Alice and Reuben, all of whom survive him except Alice, who has gone before. He is also survived by four brothers and three sisters Cyrus L. Aaron and Mrs. Lizzie Kraybill, of Pennsyvanla; Lenens of Abilene, Milton of Thomas, Okla., Mrs. Mattle Herr of Navarre and Mrs. Anna Engle of Abilene. Also eight grandchildren survive him. Mr. and Mrs. Engle enjoyed nearly fifty years of wedded life together until God saw fit to call the father to his reward. Funeral services were held at Belle Springs church, conducted by Elder Ray I. Witter assisted by Elder John Herr of Abilene. The family has lost a faithful father, the community a neighbor, and a large crowd of friends filled the church to pay their last respects which shows the many friends he had made.
