Description	:	Lena E. Norish was born in Germany July 29th 1850 and was united in marriage to Carl L. Hahnau September 1st, 1872. To them were born nine children six preceding her in death. Coming to America in 1885 she settled in Stanton. She passed away at Stanton, Tuesday, January 21st, 1930, age 79 years, 5 months and 23 days. Three children survive her, Mrs. John H. Sandford of Norfolk, Nebraska, Mrs. Joe H. Bartholomew of Stanton, Nebraska; Mrs. John F. Miller of Wolback, Nebraska. Her loss is also mourned by eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many other neighbors... Read More	Lena E. Her loss is also mourned by eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many other neighbors and friends. She laid to rest beside her husband who passed away May 28, 1927. Funeral services were conducted from Nicholas undertaking parlors Friday afternoon at 2:30 P.M. with Rev. Reed in charge. Interment was in Belz Cemetery.
