Born in Union, May 23rd 1913 , a daughter of the late Douglas L. and Alma Gault. Mrs. Farr was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith and was a Dear and Loving Mother. Survivors include three daughters Joyce Patrick (Paul), Faye Webber (Jack), and Ann Farr of the home, four sons Willard Farr (Robin), Charles Farr (Delores), Donald Farr (Shirley), and William Farr (Deloris), and a loving sister Bernice "Aunt Bunt" Lawson, twelve grandchildren, Mike Patrick, Toney Farr, Kim Patrick Adams, Mitzi Rubright, Debra Snider, Angie Padillo, Lisa McKough, Bryan Farr, Kevin Farr, Tracie Campbell, Farah Farr, Matt Farr, nineteen great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. Mrs. Farr was preceded in death by five brothers Ned Gault, John Gault, Ben Gault, Bill Gault, and Broadus Gault and one grandchild Charles Bradley Farr. Funeral services will be held Wednesday August 12th 2009 at 11:00 am at Foster Chapel United Methodist Church with Reverend Christopher Greene and Reverend Larry Hyder officiating. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday August 11th, 2009 from 7-9pm at the Lewis Funeral Home. Pallbearers include Mike Patrick, Toney Farr, Kevin Farr, Mathew Farr, Brian Farr, and Tee Farr. Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Jones, States Bo Hamm, Wayne Coker, Pat Patel, Aunt Jessie Moore, Nell Babb, Freddie Gault, David Whyatt, Buck Lyda, Dr. Kent Switzer, Alex Fuller, Robert Baldwin, and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Martin. Pallbearers and Honorary Pallbearers are asked to assemble at the Church Wednesday at 10:30am. The family would like to thank special caregivers Cathy Jones, Lisa Coker, and Ester Whitener. The family is at the home, 2058 Mt. Tabor Church Rd. Jonesville S.C. The Lewis Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
