Leo married Patricia Bonnett February 28, 1954, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, and to this union they were blessed with two children, Michael and Michelle. Leo worked at Armstrong Tire for over forty years. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Ray, Jerry, and Ivan Ancell; and one sister, Ila Ancell. He is survived by his children, Mike (Judy) Ancell of Indianola, and Shelly (Dan) Knox of Norwalk; five grandchildren, Becky Aquino, Jill Young, Stacy Roberts, Jaci Marberry, and Jessi Strawn; nine great- grandchildren; a brother, Larry (Pat) Ancell; a sister, Joan (Bob) Floden; and his special friend, Colleen Seaman.
