Interment was at Oakwood Catholic Cemetery. Mrs. Roach died in Lisbon on July 9. Leona Oestreicher was born in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, the daughter of Agnes (Roche) and John Oestreicher. She attended schools in both Fond Du Lac and Springer Township in Ransom County. she also attended Dakota Business College in Fargo. In 1925 she married Daniel E. Leona Oestreicher was born in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, the daughter of Agnes (Roche) and John Oestreicher. She attended schools in both Fond Du Lac and Springer Township in Ransom County. she also attended Dakota Business College in Fargo. In 1925 she married Daniel E. Roach in Lisbon, and he preceded her in death in 1968. After their marriage, the Roaches farmed in Springer Township. She was a member of the St. Aloysius Catholic Church, and the Altar society of that church. She is survived by three sons, David and James, both of Lisbon; and Gerald, Bismark; and one daughter, Mrs. Hilmer (Dolores) Ronning, Lisbon. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Pallbearers were Edward Schmit, Cyril Schmit, Larry Kenyon, Del Hilde, Robert Billing, and Hilmer Ronning. Mrs. Phil McMahon and Mrs. Richard Carter provided special music for the services.
