Description	:	Following an illness extending over a period of two years Mrs. Lessie Few, aged 47, wife of Ernest Few, died at her home in North Strabane township, early this morning. She had undergone an appendicitis operation in June from the effects of which she never recovered. She had been critical for the past several weeks. Funeral services will be held at her late home near the pump station of the water company on Wednesday , afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. They will be in charge of the Rev. Donald A. Funeral services will be held at her late home near the pump station of the water company on Wednesday , afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. They will be in charge of the Rev. Donald A. Spencer of the Chartiers United Presbyterian church, of which the deceased was a member. Interment will be private at Oak Spring cemetery. Mrs. Few was born in Virginia and was married to Mr. Few in 1900. The family is well known in this section, Mr. Few having been engaged in the milk business for many years, having lived for a time on a farm in Chartiers township, and eight years ago removed to the present location. Besides her husband Mrs. Few is survived by the following children: Mrs. Edwin Rhodes, Mary, Jennings, Dorothy, Everett, Hazel, Alma and Lloyal, all at home. Also by two grandchildren, Dorothy Jean and James Edwin Rhodes.
