Starr is buried in Section A, Lot 34, Grave 3 in Spring Hill Cemetery in Wellsville, Ohio. There is no grave marker. He was killed in action at the Battle of Perryville, Oct 8, 1862 and his body was sent home to his family. Date of burial is October 18, 1862.
