Description	:	FULLERTON — Genevieve Anderson, 91, of Fullerton died Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, at Litzenberg Memorial Hospital in Central City. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Palmer Funeral Home in Fullerton. The Revs. Val Warman and Larry Phillips will officiate. Burial will be in the Fullerton Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Anderson. Mrs. Anderson was born Dec. 7, 1921, on a farm near North Star to Laird and Ina (Fitzgerald) Sidders. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Anderson. Mrs. Anderson was born Dec. 7, 1921, on a farm near North Star to Laird and Ina (Fitzgerald) Sidders. Survivors of the immediate family include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Darrell and Ruth of Norfolk, Gary of Lincoln and Richard and Kelsey of Fullerton; one daughter, Marcia Janzing of Norfolk; nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She grew up in the area and graduated from Fullerton High School in 1939. On Nov. 28, 1939, she married Harold Anderson at Lincoln. He passed away on June 15, 2013. They had been married for 73 years. She worked in the office of Fullerton Creamery for 15 years. She also cooked at the senior center for several years. She was a member of the Fullerton United Methodist Church, Methodist Women and the Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, Nebraska football, watching grandsons play baseball, and bingo. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Milford (Sonny) Sidders; one sister, Helen Bishop, and a son-in-law, Gene Janzing.
