Description	:	OBITUARY(Probably from The Hooper Sentinel) Mrs. Lillian Edelmaier, age 84, passed away suddenly Saturday afternoon, January 22nd, at the Good Samaritan Center in Scribner. The daughter of William and Anna Dau, she was born at Hooper on April 8, 1898 and had lived in the Hooper community her entire lifetime with the exception of the years since 1972 when she made her home at the Good Samaritan Center. Read More	OBITUARY(Probably from The Hooper Sentinel) Mrs. Lillian Edelmaier, age 84, passed away suddenly Saturday afternoon, January 22nd, at the Good Samaritan Center in Scribner. The daughter of William and Anna Dau, she was born at Hooper on April 8, 1898 and had lived in the Hooper community her entire lifetime with the exception of the years since 1972 when she made her home at the Good Samaritan Center. Lilly was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church of Hooper, the Friendship Chapter of the O.E.S. and the American Legion Auxiliary of Hooper. She was united in marriage on August 18, 1920 to Raymond Edelmaier who preceded her in death on January 19, 1968. Survivors include three sons, Leland or Arvada, Colorado, Alvin of Omaha and Ray H. of Watsonville, California and eight grandchildren. Her parents and one brother, Pete Dau, also preceded her in death. Funeral services were held on Tuesday at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, with Rev. Curtis Benson officiating. Interment was in the Hooper Cemetery. The services were under the direction of the Warne Funeral Home of Hooper. Music was provided by Donald Shaffer, soloist and Mrs. James Dam, organist. Pallbearers were David Edelmaier, Leland Edelmaier, Jr., Randy Edelmaier, Rodney Johnsen, Irwin Osterloh and Bill Sick.
