Read More	Holyoke Enterprise, Holyoke, Colorado, November 4, 1937 8-MONTH-OLD GIRL SUFFOCATES IN BED Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Thompson Found Dead by Parents Funeral services for tiny eight-month old Linda Elizabeth Thompson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Thompson southwest of Holyoke, took place Saturday afternoon at the Wages church following the baby's death last Wednesday evening from suffocation. The little girl was discovered dead at about eight o'clock Wednesday evening in the large bed in which her mother had left her, but her body was still so warm that the parents rushed her to the Holyoke hospital in a vain attempt to revive her. Her body was found lodged between the mattress and the end of the bed when her mother went to transfer her from the large bed to her own bed for the night. She had been put to bed about six o'clock and because of the lack of any noise, it was assumed she was sleeping soundly after an active day. N.F. Horn, pastor of the Holyoke Christian church of which Mrs. Thompson is a member, and Rev. Claude Kinsley, pastor of the Methodist church at Paoli, officiated at the funeral which took place at Wages. Interment was made in the Holyoke cemetery.
