Description	:	OTTUMWA — Linda Marie Leeson, 58, of Ottumwa, and formerly of Fort Dodge, died Sept. 11, 2007 at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center. Funeral services will be on Saturday, Sept. 15, at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of the Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home in Fort Dodge with the Rev. Beryl Vinchattle, Pastor of Otho-Kalo Community Church, officiating. Burial will be in Carpenter Cemetery in Fort Dodge. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Funeral Home. Surviving is her husband Bradley; a son, Kip (Jean) Buenting of Ankeny; a grandson, Clay; two brothers, Dennis Winters of Madrid and Gale Winters of Chandler, Ariz.; a sister, Joyce Hamell of Gowrie; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Sharon Black; and a brother, Thomas Winters. Linda Marie Winters was born on Feb. 1, 1949 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Gordon Wesley and Doris Marie Jerde Winters. She married Bradley E. Leeson Nov. 23, 1983. A graduate of Fort Dodge High School in 1967, she was a resident of Fort Dodge until moving to Ottumwa in 1991. She worked in Ottumwa as a residential aid in assisted living. Love for her family, friends and faith were most important to her. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
