Description	:	Son of James & Mary Dillion Melott Lodie died in Knox Twp. My great-grandparents never lived in Knoxville, at the time of his death they lived between Empire & Toronto where Rt. 7 is now. I heard the story several times that when the train passed the house they would walk to the station in Empire to see if the medicine came from the big city to save Lodie's life but it didn't come in time, he died before noon & the medicine came 3 hrs later.
