Description	:	Lois Jean (Jacob) Anderson, daughter of Arnold A. and Ella D. (Frahm) Jacob, was born September 1, 1927, on a farm southwest of Bloomfield, Nebraska. Lois died Thursday, October 31, 2013, at the Golden Living Center, Wausa, Nebraska. Lois was baptized and later confirmed in the Lutheran Faith at First Trinity Lutheran Church, Bloomfield, Nebraska by the Reverend Albert Ollenberg. She attended rural schools in the Bloomfield and Wausa, Nebraska areas, graduating from Bloomfield (NE.) High School with the Class of 1945. (Frahm) Jacob, was born September 1, 1927, on a farm southwest of Bloomfield, Nebraska. Lois died Thursday, October 31, 2013, at the Golden Living Center, Wausa, Nebraska. Lois was baptized and later confirmed in the Lutheran Faith at First Trinity Lutheran Church, Bloomfield, Nebraska by the Reverend Albert Ollenberg. She attended rural schools in the Bloomfield and Wausa, Nebraska areas, graduating from Bloomfield (NE.) High School with the Class of 1945. After high school, Lois taught rural school for three years. On June 24, 1949, Lois was married to Harley E. Anderson at Denver, Colorado. The couple was blessed with four children: Jerry, Curtis, Nina, and Kevin. Lois and Harley raised their family and lived on the family farm northeast of Wausa, Nebraska until they moved into town in October of 1997. Lois was active in her church, serving as an officer of the WELCA Ladies and as a Luther League counselor, and helped with sewing days. She was a member of the Home Activities Extension Club and also helped with many community affairs. Lois was an accomplished seamstress, sewing for herself and her family, making quilts and crafts. Lois is survived by: sons, Jerry Anderson and Shirley Moody of Yankton, South Dakota, Curtis and Brenda Anderson of Centennial, Colorado, and Kevin and Emily Anderson of Castle Rock, Colorado; daughter, Nina and Royce Stein of Castle Rock, Colorado; grandchildren, Julie and Guy De Crescenzo of Broomfield, Colorado, Adam and Nicolette Anderson of Thornton, Colorado, Tracy and Logan Green of Thornton, Colorado, Beck Anderson and Cody Brennan of Aurora, Colorado, Denise Stein of Tempe, Arizona and Eric Anderson of Castle Rock, Colorado; great-grandchildren, Lilly Anderson, Rayla Brennan, and Alexander De Crescenzo and a host of family and friends. Lois was preceded in death by: parents; husband, Harley E. Anderson on September 4, 2012; grandson, Brian Anderson and brothers, Donald P. and Kenneth A. Jacob. Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Wausa, Nebraska.
