She was raised on the family farm west of Wolsey until the age of seven, at which time she entered the South Dakota Developmental Center-Redfield. She resided in Redfield until 2002, at which time she moved to the Huron Area Center for Independence. She continued to reside at the Butler House in Huron until Oct. 5, 2005, when she was hospitalized owing to health complications. She "entered the glory of God" Oct. 15, 2005. Survivors include her parents: Julius and Neoma Frank, Wolsey; two brothers: James (Rhoda) Frank, Austin, Minn., and Eugene (Yvonne) Frank, Grand Island, Neb.; two sisters: Mrs. Alan (Karen) Albright, Redfield, and Mrs. Greg (Elizabeth Ann Beth) Brower, Wolsey; four nieces and five nephews; and three aunts: Viola Frank, Clara Frank and Ardeth Hammerquist. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Redfield Press
