She was a native of David City and moved from Sutton to Glenvil 14 years ago. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Rural Mail Carrier's Auxiliary. Services were held June 16th at 2 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Glenvil with Rev. L.H. Schwerin officiating. Burial was at St. Paul's church (sic) west of Glenvil. Music was furnished by Mrs. Cecil Motley, Mrs. Donald Harms and Albert Ellermeier with Mrs. Delmar Tjarks at the organ. Pallbearers were Alfred Ocker, Lloyd Stahnke, Melvin Onken, Hollis Barnell, Clarence Stengel and Robert Daum.
