Description	:	LOLITA M. DIVELBISS, 79, of Clear Spring, Md., passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, in Hagerstown, Md. Born Feb. 3, 1936, in Clear Spring, she was the daughter of the late Paul C. Reid and Mary E. (Hart) Reid. She was the wife of Raymond D. Divelbiss Sr. for 44 years, whom she married on Feb. 26, 1954. Raymond passed in September of 1998. Lolita was a lifelong farm wife. DIVELBISS, 79, of Clear Spring, Md., passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, in Hagerstown, Md. Born Feb. 3, 1936, in Clear Spring, she was the daughter of the late Paul C. Reid and Mary E. (Hart) Reid. She was the wife of Raymond D. Divelbiss Sr. for 44 years, whom she married on Feb. 26, 1954. Raymond passed in September of 1998. Lolita was a lifelong farm wife. She and her husband operated Oak Springs Farm and raised registered Holstein cattle. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, friend and aunt to 42 nieces and nephews, who spent a great deal of time at her farm while growing up. Her most cherished treasures were her three grandchildren. She fulfilled every wish, need and desire they may have had. Lolita was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Clear Spring for 50 years. She was also a member of the Clear Spring Historical Society, Morgan County Saddle Club and Clear Spring Ambulance Club, and a former member of the Western Maryland Jousting Club and Washington County Holstein Association. Lolita is survived by three sons, Douglas P. Divelbiss, Steven L. Divelbiss, and Raymond D. Divelbiss Jr.; two grandsons; and one granddaughter; a brother, Maurice Reidof Hagerstown; three sisters, Elizabeth "Polly" Miles of Clear Spring, Roselyn Welch, of Hagerstown, and Faye Hose of Williamsport, Md. In addition to her parents and husband, Lolita was preceded in death by four brothers, Donald, Earl, Roy and Paul Reid. Services will be held at Donald Edwin Thompson Funeral Home Inc., Clear Spring.
