Description	:	Loretta was a daughter of the late Glenn and Cleda (Coddington) Sines. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth W. Harding Sr.; and two brothers, Marvin and Robert Sines. She was a school bus driver for 23 years for the Garrett County Board of Education. She was a member of First Christian Church and Woodmen of the World, Camp 45, Friendsville.
