Description	:	Lori Lee Cummings, 52, died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids from complications of a heart condition. A memorial service will be held at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Monday, March 1, 2010, with visitation from 1 p.m. until service time with Pastor Dennis Sackett officiating. Lori worked as a CNA and a nurse for more than 25 years in nursing homes in the Vinton and Cedar Rapids area. She is survived by her husband, Craig, and her mother, Mildred, both of Vinton; daughters, Kelli and Danielle Cummings; five step-children, Bill, Sara and Eric Cummings and Brett and Chris Sorrell; sister, Beth Crouch of Toddville; ten grandchildren and 10 nieces and nephews. Lori was preceded in death by her father, Fred; her sister, Kristi; brother, Ken; and her grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Clark Long and Mr. & Mrs. Vernon Kisling.
