Lottie May Sabin was born in Bureau County, Illinois, and was 25 years of age at the time of her death. She married W.H. Taylor January 30, 1898. Mrs. Taylor was an earnest christian woman, and realizing the end was near expressed herself as prepared and was not afraid to die. After bidding her family good bye she offered a prayer for herself, sang “Jesus Lover of My Soul”; and passed to her rest. (Died in Childbirth) Mrs. Lottie Taylor, only daughter of Supervisor Joshua and Mrs. J. C. Sabin, died of septicemia, Wednesday of last week, aged 25 years. The funeral took place from the M. E. Church, Nodaway, on Friday, Conducted by Rev. Farley, assisted by Rev. Driver. Interment was in Nodaway Cemetery.
