The sympathy of many friends is extended to the bereaved relatives in their great loss. --------------------------------------- Louis Weber Laid to Rest Louis Weber was born February 18, 1874 at Hessen, Darmstadt, Germany and died at the age of 46 years, 11 months and 9 days. He came to America in June, 1890, first landing at Plattsmouth, Nebr. and later coming with his brother to Knox County. On June 2, 1910 he was united in marriage to Rosa Thierolf. For the past three years they have made their home in Creighton. Everything that love and medical skill could do for Mr. Weber was done, but to no avail and he passed to the great beyond surrounded by his wife and relatives. He was a kindly, even tempered man, a good neighbor and a good friend. Besides his wife, he leaves two brothers, John of Plainview and Peter in Germany and two sisters, also in Germany. His father mother, two brothers and one sister having preceded him in death. The funeral services were held from the Lutheran church on Saturday, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Obermeyer and the remains interred in the Creighton cemetery. A large company of friends and relatives of the deceased attended the last rites at the church and cemetery.
