Description	:	Louis August Andrew Luebbe, son of Wm. Luebbe and Sophia Luebbe nee Schroeder, was born April 19, 1882 in the Middle Creek vicinity, Seward county, Nebraska. He was baptized in the Lutheran faith in Immanueal Lutheran Church near Seward, Nebr., and confirmed in the same church on April 11, 1897, by the Rev. F. Vahl. On June 30, 1910, he was united in marriage with Miss Ida Stillahn by the Rev. W. J. Gans. Luebbe and Sophia Luebbe nee Schroeder, was born April 19, 1882 in the Middle Creek vicinity, Seward county, Nebraska. He was baptized in the Lutheran faith in Immanueal Lutheran Church near Seward, Nebr., and confirmed in the same church on April 11, 1897, by the Rev. F. Vahl. On June 30, 1910, he was united in marriage with Miss Ida Stillahn by the Rev. W. J. Gans. This happy union was blessed with five children, three sons and two daughters, one son dying in early infancy. Mr. Luebbe spent his entire life in the Middle Creek vicinity. He suffered a stroke on August 10 and departed this life August 21, 1946 at the age of 64 years, 4 months and 2 days. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Ida Luebbe, four children, Paul of Pomona, Calif., Ida of Garland, Nebr., and Harold and Martha, both of whom are still at home; one daughter-in-law and one son-in-law; two grandchildren; two brothers, Wm. Luebbe of Seward, Nebr. and Henry Luebbe of Pleasant Dale, Nebr.; one sister, Mrs. Ida Ihde of Pleasant Dale, Nebr., as well as many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at Immanuel Lutheran church near Seward, on August 24, 1946, with the Rev. Earl Finnigsmier of Malcolm, in charge. Burial was at the church cemetery.
