Description	:	Louisa Ann Hankinson-Bowman, daughter of Joseph and Catharine Hankinson, was born in Pickaway county, Ohio, Jan 19, 1842, and died April 24, 1912, aged 70 years, three months and six days. She was one of a family of fourteen children, eleven preceding her, one brother, and one sister surviving. On March 15, 1864, she was united in marriage to John M. Bowman and with him moved to Champaign County, Ill., living there twenty-one years. In 1895 the family came to Webster City, where they have since resided. Bowman of McLeansboro, Ill.; Wm. M Bowman of Seymour, Ill.; Mrs. Olive L. Clark, Mrs. Luora Olmstead, Mrs. Nellie M. Smith, of this city, and twenty grandchildren. She was laid at rest in Graceland cemetery in this city on Friday, April 26. No sorrowing thoughts can reach thee, No grief is thine today.
