Description	:	HRABAK FUNERAL HOME Louise Helen Upah, 95, formerly of Chelsea and Tama, died Monday July 31, 2006 in Shell Point Nursing Home, Fort Myers, Florida following a lingering illness. Memorial services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at Hrabak Funeral Home, Belle Plaine by Deacon Joe Behounek. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chelsea. Survivors include a granddaughter, Cynthia Wesemann of Hanover Park, Illinois and several nieces and nephews. Born August 15, , 1911 to Frank & Mary (Polka) Behonek in Chelsea, Iowa. She resided in Iowa more than 30 years - marrying Daniel A. Upah on October 11, 1932 and having one daughter - Janice Angela. Then they made their home in Illinois - Brookfield & Hanover Park for 40 years. She lived the last 20 years in Cape Coral, Florida, enjoying the warmth and sunshine. She was a dedicated housewife & mother, enjoying a beautiful garden and flowers wherever she lived. She was preceded in death by her husband (Daniel Upah), of 66 years, in 1998 and her daughter Janice Angela Wesemann in 2004. Her sister Annie and two brothers - Edward & William, also preceded her. Donations may be made to Hope Hospice of Fort Myers, Florida in her name.
