Description	:	Louise Ledbetter, daughter of Catherine Elizabeth (née Abston) and Isaac Ledbetter, was born in 1882 in Tennessee, possibly in White County, where her parents and sister Amanda were enumerated in 1880. The groom, 28, a laborer, was born and resided in West Liberty. In 1910, the couple were enumerated in the county in Atalissa; he was working as a carpenter. Harry Wallingsford was building a house when he was struck and killed by lightening in 1919. Louise Wallingsford was living alone in Atalissa when enumerated in 1920. The date and place of her death are not known. There is a grave marker for her next to that of her husband's in Oak Ridge Cemetery, West Liberty.
