OBITUARY - MRS LOUISE FUCHS Mrs Louise Fuchs, aged 76 years, passed away suddenly yesterday afternoon. The late Mrs Fuchs had been in ill-health for some years. She was a well-known and hightly respected resident of Maryborough, having resided with her husband on the Victoria Farm, the Pocket, for the past 56 years. In her early years Mrs Fuchs was an ardent worker for the the Lutheran Church. She was of a kindly disposition and highly respected amongst her many friends. She is survived by a husband, Mr August Fuchs (The Pocket), and a family of one son, Mr Carl Fuchs and three daughters, Mesdames J. Barker and W. Harders (Maryborough) and S. Silcock (Brisbane). There are 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. One son, Albert predeceased her by six years. There are also two sisters, Mrs F. Scheffler (Island Plantation) and Mrs M. Myers (Brisbane). She also leaves one step-brother, Mr Herman Schrader (Brundaberg). The funeral will take place this (Saturday) afternoon at 3 o'clcok from her late residence, corner of Albert and Tiger Streets, the Pocket.
