Read More	Obit: Final Rites Today for Mrs. Lovina Albaug Lovina Albaugh, daughter of Jonathan Zerbe, and Catharine Emerich Zerbe passed away at the home of her daughter Mrs. Clifford Hostler Tuesday morning at three where she had made her home for a number of years. She was 86 years, 11 months and 27 days. She was born in Schuylkill Co., Pennsylvania June 7, 1859; came to Iowa when a small child and settled in the Cedar Bluff neighborhood where she grew to womanhood. She was one of a family of 13 children all of whom preceded her in death, except for Catherine Marker. She was united in marriage to Joseph Albaugh in 1879. To this union 13 children were born; four boys and nine girls, five of whom preceded her in death; two girls, Lulu and Minnie and 3 sons, Tom, John and Bert. Mr. Albaugh passed away 33 years ago. Mrs. Albaugh united with the Methodist church at South Bethel many years ago and when she moved to Tipton transferred her membership to the Methodist church here. Mrs. Albaugh leaves to mourn her departure eight children, Mrs. Tom Kahl and Mrs. John Lahmon of Mechanicsville; Mrs Della Winekauf and Mrs. Clifford Hostler of Tipton; Mrs. Donald Cameron of Center Point; Mrs. Annis Morden of Iowa City; Mr. Charles Albaugh of Lisbon and Florence Albaugh of Chicago, besides 21 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Funeral rites were held at the McCormick Funeral Home Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock with Rev. Roscoe Sires of the Methodist church in charge. Interment was in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.
