Her funeral was conducted at the M.E. church, Sunday at 2 o'clock p.m. by the pastor, Rev. R.J. Tennant, where a very large congregation gathered to pay a tribute of respect. The services were impressive. It was sad to see the children as they wept over the form of their dead mother. Her remains were taken to the Scranton cemetery for interment. She was buried under the solemn yet beautiful ceremony of the Eastern Star, of which she was an honored member. May heaven bless all the mourners.
