She had been a resident there more than a quarter of a century. Lucia Fredrika Albertson Henrichsen was born January 8, 1861, in Germany and passed away March 14, 1939, aged 78 years, 2 months and 6 days. She married Thomas Henrichsen in her native country, Germany. They came to America in 1889 and settled at Clarence, Iowa. There the husband passed away in 1893 and a son also preceded... She had been a resident there more than a quarter of a century. Lucia Fredrika Albertson Henrichsen was born January 8, 1861, in Germany and passed away March 14, 1939, aged 78 years, 2 months and 6 days. She married Thomas Henrichsen in her native country, Germany. They came to America in 1889 and settled at Clarence, Iowa. There the husband passed away in 1893 and a son also preceded her in 1909. In 1900 she married Fred Henrichsen, a brother of her former husband. In 1905 the family moved to Ida County where they engaged in farming. Then in 1913 she moved to Cushing where she resided until her death. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Albert Kurtz of Cushing and Mrs. Marion Olson of Galva, three sons, John, Carsten and Martin of Cushing, one sister, Mrs. Matt Lorenzen of Cushing, and one brother, George Albertson of Battle Creek, eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the German Lutheran Church in Cushing Friday afternoon at 1 p.m in charge of Rev. A.H. Landgrebe. Interment will be made in the Midway Cemetery under direction of Wilson-Hull Service.
